Takoradi – Cape Coast (80km)

08.00 a.m. On arrival at the Takoradi port, a representative from Blastours will meet group at the pier of the cruise ship for a trip to the Central Region.

Stopover at the Takoradi Market Circle, a trading Centre for a guided stroll through the market, interact with the market women, try some local snacks and to learn the art of balancing a head pan on your head as is commonly practiced at the market.

Visit the Bisa Aberwa Museum, dedicated to promoting African values and celebrating Pan-African heroes.

Continue trip to the Central Region along a coastline marked with forts.

Take a lunch break at the Kokodo Guesthouse, a local restaurant to try out an assortment of local dishes.

We will visit the Cape Coast Castle declared as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO World Heritage Foundation and its museum (the West African Historical Museum).

Return to Takoradi to board ship for departure. (No overnight stay)
