Takoradi – Kakum - Cape Coast – Takoradi

08.00 a.m. On arrival at the Takoradi port, a representative from Blastours will meet group at the pier of the cruise ship for a trip to the Central Region.

We head for the Kakum National Park, which comprises of undisturbed virgin rainforest. Individuals have the option of a walking tour through the forest trails or to experience a walking tour on the longest and highest canopy walkway in West Africa.

After lunch at the Kokodo Guest House, we will drive by the Cape Coast Castle declared as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO World Heritage Foundation and its museum (the West African Historical Museum).

Return to Takoradi with a drive through Sekondi/Takoradi township.

16:00 Arrival at port to board ship for departure. (No overnight stay)
