Start the day with a visit to the textile section of the Makola Market. We will start our walking tour at the Osu Castle. We will head west along 28th February Road until we reach the Independence Square, Center for National Culture then to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. Continuing our walk down the High Street, by the Supreme Court’s Monument and Holy Trinity Cathedral. Take a break at the Osekan Restaurant, overlooking the Gulf of Guinea. Continue to the fishing village of James Town, which happens to be one of the oldest settlements full of beautifully disheveled colonial buildings, – but it remains one of the most vibrant districts.
Set off for the Eastern Region through the Akwapim mountains. Firstly, we visit the Aburi Botanical Garden, which offers a rich collection of tropical flora. Dates: 2020 - 2021 …
Set off early for a trip to the Central Region. On arrival, we visit the Kakum National Park, which comprises of undisturbed virgin rainforest to experience a walking tour on the longest and highest canopy walkway in West Africa.
