“Wonders of Nature” Volta Falls

Set off for the Volta Region the most picturesque region in Ghana for a visit to the beautiful Wli Waterfalls, the highest in Ghana and the craftsmen dealing in Kente cloth, pottery, drum making, etc.

Set off for a tour of Mount Afadjato, Ghana's highest peak. First visit the village of Liati Wote at the base of the mountain. Enjoy a two hour hike to the Liate falls, with great views as far as distant Lake Volta en route, as well as birdlife and occasional glimpses of monkeys or small antelope.

DAY 2
Travel to Aburi Botanical Gardens, relax and experience the large amount of indigenous plants/flora. Visit the wood carvers of the mountains for viewing and possible purchasing.
